This is a national emergency. The constitutional republic established in 1789, and the rule of law, is under attack by the President of the United States.

This President was impeached by the House of Representatives for abuse of office, pressuring Ukraine to help him cheat in 2020 election, and obstruction of Congress. Before that, the special counsel found numerous examples of the President obstructing the investigation of his campaign’s involvement with Russia, which interfered in the 2016 election.

Since the impeachment trial, the President has sought to interfere in criminal cases to help former aides who colluded with Russians; continued to push for bogus prosecutions of former U.S. law enforcement and intelligence officials; fired aides who testified truthfully about his impeachable offenses in the Ukraine matter; replaced the acting Director of National Intelligence after a member of his staff briefed Congress about Russian interference to help the President win re-election in 2020; is actively replacing honest officials with more sycophants; is pardoning multiple cronies convicted of corrupt acts; is acting to block publication of a book by a top aide about his conduct, including re Ukraine; and much more.

The evidence also mounts that this president, who previously has been implicated in tax fraud, business fraud, and charitable non-profit fraud, is corruptly benefitting from forced, over-priced government expenditures at his properties.

Nearly every member of the President’s political party is shielding his lawless, abusive, ugly behavior.
