You should come and live in the DC area for a few years, take a look around and watch all of our tax dollars being converted into high-line automobiles, 35,000 square foot homes, and other really raunchy forms of conspicuous consumption that quick, new money tends toward.
SAIC, Booz Allen, Northrup Grumman, Lockheed, CACI, to name just a few of the privately owned businesses that have figured out exactly how to extract every last dollar from government agencies, rigging the "bidding process", or in times when a Republican is the Chief Executive, doing away with the bidding process, sometimes even doing away with the idea that the agency should first WANT whatever it is they are being told to buy. Like, oh, an above-ground, elevated subway. No-bid that crap to Bechtel and some spanish LLC, cuz, hey, my VP and my SecDef have shares in that company.
If anyone claims to be a "fiscal conservative voter" or believes that they are truly concerned about government spending, then they would not fall for the wonderfully effective public-opinion manipulation machine of either party, let alone those of Karl Rove, Roger Ailes and the supra-national ultra-wealthy investors/shareholders/owners of RNC, Inc.
Seriously, that is why all those tea partiers are ridiculed. They didn't seem to mind the trillion-plus-per-year debts during Bush's time in office, but somebody told them the black guy is doing it, too, and that just got them all fired up.

It seems that being elected to Congress requires not an oath of office but a selling of the soul to the highest bidder for at least 99% of those involved after they get to Washington. The safest thing to do these days is to try to find that narrow 1% and be very careful about sending them to DC more than once. Wasn't there a movement to send any of them to office--both Congress and Senate--for only two terms? Could we dig it up and try again? Maybe?

It doesn't make a difference which Congress person or President you vote for.We are all screwed because this country has been sold to the 'highest bidder'. We are all pawn in their big game.Check out www.hirejustone.org You will see that 3,000,000 good paying jobs can be created immediatley without any additional cost to the taxpayer yet those in Congress sit on it fearing it will look like Obama created the jobs.No one cares about you,me,the needy or the taxpayer. It is total greed and control. They are winning.
