		<description><![CDATA[$500?  I doubt that bought Bumstead&#039;s vote.  But lest we forget, there is always a big plus for Republicans in anything that privatizes a function previously done by public sector employees: you get to fire unionized workers who tend to vote Democratic while diverting tax dollars to the pockets of rich people, who can then, usually, be counted on for campaign contributions far in excess of $500, not to mention lucrative employment opportunties when you decide to leave public life!  That&#039;s the circle of life, folks.]]></description>
